Hi everyone!
We wanted to share an important fulfillment update for Hundred-Acre Arcana.
📦 Shipment Status The sea freight shipment has arrived and is now with our fulfillment partner, Fulfillrite.
Over the past several days, we have been preparing orders for shipment. Most orders were exported directly from BackerKit into Fulfillrite’s system, with a smaller number completed manually to ensure accuracy. Each order was carefully reviewed to confirm that all items were correct.
All orders are now fully prepared and approved.
🚚 U.S. Shipping U.S. orders are now shipping with tracking. Deliveries will begin rolling out, with many orders expected to arrive by the end of next week depending on carrier and location.
Please keep an eye on your email for shipping notifications. Many will come from DHL or Amazon Shipping, so checking your spam or promotions folder is recommended. Please also be on the lookout for deliveries to help avoid porch pirates.
🌍 International Shipping International orders are scheduled to ship by the end of this week, with tracking provided once they go out.
📝 BackerKit Survey Reminder If you have not yet completed your BackerKit survey, we are unable to ship your order until it is submitted.
Once completed, please also email us at [email protected] so we can keep an eye out for it and help ensure your order ships as quickly as possible.
📅 Fulfillment Timeline Based on current fulfillment timelines, we expect U.S. orders to be fully wrapped up around February 6th.

New Year Shipping Update – Hundred-Acre Arcana

Happy New Year, everyone! We hope you’re off to a great start to 2026, and we wanted to share a brief shipping update as we move into the new year.
The Hundred-Acre Arcana decks have completed printing and are shipping via sea freight. The printer has confirmed that the shipment has cleared customs in China. Because of the New Year holiday period, we are currently waiting for confirmation on the shipment’s exact freight status—specifically whether it has already departed or is queued for departure. The printer is coordinating directly with the freight service and has advised that we should have a clearer status update early next week.
The freight service has advised that sea transit typically takes around 40 days, which places arrival at the U.S. fulfillment center around mid-February.
Earlier in the production process, there was an unexpected issue with the Mystic Honeypot Arcana cards that required a full reprint, which affected overall scheduling at the printer. During that reprint, the printer also needed to wait several weeks to source additional 330 GSM black-core paper stock. Rather than settling for a different paper stock, we made the decision to wait and produce the cards the right way instead of the fast way.
While The Mystic Honeypot Arcana printed later as a result, Hundred-Acre Arcana itself was completed and printed earlier, in October.
Buffer time was intentionally built into the Hundred-Acre Arcana schedule. While we were hopeful to deliver sooner, this timing still places us within the original delivery schedule shared for the project.
In addition, the Steamboat Arcana Expansion Pack finished printing in December and is traveling by sea freight together with the Hundred-Acre Arcana shipment, allowing for more efficient and coordinated fulfillment once everything arrives in the U.S.

🌿 Hundred-Acre Arcana Printing Update - Mystic Honeypot Arcana Reprint Complete

Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for your continued patience and support as we bring the Hundred-Acre Arcana decks to the finish line.
We’re happy to share that the Mystic Honeypot Arcana Standard Deck reprint is expected to finish printing today. Once printing is complete, our printer will immediately begin bundling, packaging, and inserting the replacement cards directly into the boxes so that every set is complete and perfect before shipping.
As a reminder, during final inspection a color issue was found on the borders of the Mystic Honeypot Arcana Standard cards. The boxes printed perfectly — only the cards were affected — and our printer took full responsibility by reprinting all 1,000 decks at no cost to us.
We also experienced a brief delay while the printer restocked 330 GSM card stock, so the reprinted decks would perfectly match the original production quality. This process is now complete and everything is moving forward smoothly.
We’re happy to report that despite the reprint and paper delay, we are still on schedule.
In addition, we’re excited to announce that Steamboat Arcana 1928 and the Gaucho’s Arcana 1928 Expansion Pack have both completed printing as well. All projects will now move forward together into final packing and shipment.

🌿 Hundred-Acre Arcana Printing Update

Hi everyone, and thank you so much for your continued support and patience while we bring the Hundred-Acre Arcana decks to life.
As many of you know, printing for all other decks has already been completed — including the Hundred-Acre Arcana Standard and Mini Decks and the Mystic Honeypot Arcana Mini Deck. Everything turned out beautifully and is ready for final packing once the last remaining deck is finished.
During final inspection, our printer noticed a color error on the borders of the Mystic Honeypot Arcana Standard Deck cards. The boxes were printed perfectly — it was only the cards that were affected.
The printer immediately took responsibility and offered to reprint all 1,000 decks free of charge. The reprint will take about 25 days, as the gold foiling and quality checks require extra care and precision.
We’ve put so much time, care, and attention into these decks that we only want to release them when they meet the highest standard. Before this reprint, we were actually ahead of schedule, and with this correction, we’re now right on track with our original timeline.
Our printer has been proactive and honest, catching the issue early and resolving it quickly to ensure that every deck meets the quality you deserve.
Thank you again for your patience and enthusiasm. Everything else is complete and waiting, and once the reprinted decks arrive, we’ll move right into shipping. We can’t wait for you to hold these decks in your hands — they’re truly something special.
