We’re so happy to share that we’ve just passed $45,000 — unlocking the companion guidebooks for both The Hundred Acre Arcana and The Mystic Honey Pot Arcana!

Each deck will now include its own thoughtfully written guidebook, filled with card meanings, spread ideas, and notes on the story and symbolism woven throughout. Whether you’re new to tarot or a longtime reader, we hope these booklets will feel like a warm companion on your journey — practical, inviting, and filled with heart.

Here is an unboxing video from Astarotoracle on YouTube which features our Steamboat Arcana 1928 Kickstarter. It shows how all of the stretch goal items came out. You can see the guidebooks in the video. We're super proud of everything. 

Next up!!! Surprise announcement.  $50,000 — Bonus Cards moved to $50,000 level 

In appreciation of everyone we have brought one of our stretch goals down from a higher level. 

Our next stretch goal is set at $50,000, and it’s a big one — six bonus cards will be added to each deck once we reach it.

These cards will complete everything that goes inside the box. With the decks, guidebooks, magnetic box lids, and premium upgrades already unlocked, the bonus cards are the final layer — a thoughtful addition that makes each deck feel whole.

Once we hit $50K, each deck will receive six bonus cards. These will add new layers of meaning and creativity to your readings — with concepts that complement the classic 78-card structure while offering something fresh and memorable.

And to give you a little taste of what’s to come, we’re including a sneak peek at one of the bonus cards from The Hundred Acre Arcana below!

Hello everyone — what an incredible week!

✨Together, we’ve reached our first stretch goal at $35,000!✨

This milestone unlocks the premium production upgrades that will make these decks truly shine:

• Magnetic closure box lids for both The Hundred Acre Arcana and The Mystic Honey Pot Arcana decks
• Spot UV coating to add texture and subtle shine to the box and the back of the cards

We used magnetic boxes in Steamboat Arcana 1928 and The Gaucho’s Arcana, and they were one of the most-loved features. They feel amazing to open and close, and this upgrade brings the full experience together.

This unlocked stretch goal is a major part of what makes the decks feel extra special when you hold, shuffle, and use them.

🌟 Next Stretch Goal: $45,000 — The Guidebook!

✨Our next milestone is set at $45,000! When we reach this goal, we’ll produce a custom guidebook to accompany both The Hundred Acre Arcana and The Mystic Honey Pot Arcana decks.✨

The guidebook will include:

• Detailed card meanings
• Spread ideas
• Notes on the symbolism and storytelling behind each deck

Backers have loved the guidebooks in our previous campaigns, and we’re ready to deliver another beautiful companion for this project!

✨✨ Nearly at $35K! Stretch Goal, Add-Ons, and International Shipping Update✨✨

We’re just shy of hitting our first stretch goal at $35,000, and this is a big one for the project. This is where all the extra care and attention — the custom touches that elevate the decks — start getting baked in. Reaching this goal will unlock premium production upgrades for both The Hundred Acre Arcana and The Mystic Honey Pot Arcana, including magnetic box lids and other refinements that bring a polished, collector-quality finish to the experience. ✨

We used magnetic lids for our previous decks, Steamboat Arcana 1928 and The Gaucho’s Arcana, and they were one of the most-loved features. They feel fantastic when opening and closing — sturdy, smooth, and satisfying. We're really excited to offer that same level of quality again with your help.

Add-Ons Now Available ✨

We’ve had a lot of questions about add-ons, and we’ve now added them directly to the campaign. You can include additional items with your pledge by adjusting your tier and selecting add-ons at checkout.

We’ve also heard from many of you asking about Steamboat Arcana 1928 and The Gaucho’s Arcana. While we didn’t include them here (we wanted to keep this campaign clean and focused), both will be available as add-ons during the BackerKit survey after the campaign ends.

🌍 International Shipping Clarification

We also want to clarify an issue some international backers have encountered. The original plan was to charge $25 USD for international shipping later via BackerKit. However, one of the early pledge tiers mistakenly included a $40 international shipping fee upfront.

Kickstarter doesn’t allow us to change shipping amounts once a pledge has been made, but we’ve now corrected this for the “Early Bird 2” reward tier, which charges $25 shipping through BackerKit instead of collecting it during the campaign.

If you backed at the $40 tier, you have a few options:

Switch to “Early Bird 2”, which is $5 more for the same two-deck bundle, and lets you pay the correct $25 shipping later.

Stay in your current tier, and we’ll make it right:

We can offer $15 store credit in BackerKit for add-ons.

Or include a bonus item, like a leftover Steamboat Arcana mini deck (deck only — no pouch or tin because we ran out of those).

We’ve also reached out to Kickstarter to see if there’s any way they can help resolve it from their end. In the meantime, we appreciate your understanding.

🐝 Early Bird Update

Our original Early Bird reward tier sold out quickly — much faster than we anticipated! We had hoped the Early Bird reward would be available for at least the first four days to give more people a chance to jump in early and be rewarded for their support.

We were surprised (in the best way!) to see it fill up so fast — and rather than leave anyone out, we’ve added a second and final Early Bird tier, just $5 more. It’s the same reward, and it gives new backers a final chance to join in early while keeping the campaign momentum strong.

We expect this tier to sell out in the next few days — so if you know someone who’s been thinking about it, now’s the time to share! ✨
